I am a Buffalo native who completed my undergraduate degree from the University at Buffalo in Psychology and Health & Human Services – Early Childhood, my master’s degree from the University of Iowa in Psychology, and my doctorate from the University at Buffalo in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology. My counseling and applied psychological experiences include the school, hospital, and private practice settings. In private practice, I work with families and children/adolescents ages 3 and up around issues of anxiety, depression, and attention, behavioral, and learning concerns, and with young adults dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, stress, and self-exploration.

My private practice is small, and therefore, I like to make sure that I can meet the needs of my clients very specifically. I look forward to hearing from you/completing a brief interview/intake to see if we are a good match for working together!
